At JC Atkinson we manufacture and distribute over 60,000 coffins a year from our factory in the North East. We’ve a long heritage of producing beautifully crafted coffins from high quality materials. But we like to move with the times and, whilst we haven’t forgotten tradition, we’ve embraced the contemporary with our Reflections picture coffins and Natural Legacy wool and cotton coffins.

And it’s not just the end-product that’s important to us: it’s how we get there. We’ve introduced sound environmental approaches to all aspects of production, and on the way we’ve picked up the Sunday Times Best Green Company 2008 and the North East Business Award for Corporate Social Responsibility 2008.
